Overview

Wiege Properties owns and manages 3 large multi unit properties in the city of Clinton, IA. They were in need of a proper website – as the old platform was outdated and proving hard to navigate.

The Website

Wiege communicated to us that they were in need of something simple to display their apartment units & pricing. Nothing overly in depth – just a simple way to educate prospective tenants on their properties and pricing.

Our approach to this was a simple one page design that displays each multi unit property and the the pricing range – alongside quality photos of the units themselves. This creates an easy to digest breakdown of what Wiege Properties has to offer. These are followed by prompts to get in touch – converting a visitor to a lead. The funnel format of the one page site is strengthened by the addition of testomials from previous tenants and an about section telling more about the company’s history & mission.

The Brand

Wiege was also in need of a logo. The brand itself was not well defined when we first approached the project. Rocket Media took inspiration from the quaint feel of the properties to design a bold yet simple logo and brand scheme that is consistently displayed throughout the website.
